Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/930 of 10 March 2022 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council by specifying fees relating to the supervision by the European Securities Markets Authority of data reporting service providers

Sets the fees ESMA charges data reporting services providers it supervises: application and authorisation fees, annual supervisory fees based on turnover, payment terms, reimbursement of national authorities and transitional rules for 2022 and 2023. Extended to consolidated tape providers by Delegated Regulation 2025/884.
