Article 90 MiFID IIReports and review
Sets the Commission's review obligations under MiFID II, including a 2020 report on OTFs, SME growth markets, algorithmic trading, product bans, sanctions, position limits, market data prices and inducement disclosure; a review of the emission allowance ancillary exemption by end-2021; and reports on C6 energy derivatives and other topics.
